Overview

The cost and availability of affordable housing in our nation’s capital is under tremendous pressure from demographic and economic shifts in the region.  Currently, the District of Columbia government spends over $115 million each year on affordable housing subsidies.

Strategy

We are currently developing partnerships to launch an innovation network of policymakers, property owners, renewable energy companies and investors to reduce the operating cost of DC’s affordable housing through renewable and energy efficiency.
